Jankowski <br />provided information regarding Butgusaim's request for tree and vegetation removal and grading <br />work into the bank and the resulting need to drain the back yard. <br /> <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to concur with the DNR and support their letter <br />regarding the project of Steve Butgusaim, 6438 Riverdale Drive, Ramsey. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 <br />nays. Motion carried. • <br />Water Appropriation Permit - Kadlec Excavating of Mora. Inc (Ramsey.] <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the DNR's request for comment on the Water Appropriation Permit #96- <br />6181 ofKadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. for temporary dewatering for sanitary sewer installation in <br />Fox Knoll Second Addition in Ramsey. Jankowski advised this is in an azea south of 153rd Avenue <br />and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and involves a DNR wetland. <br />Acknowledged; no action required. <br />Permit #96-2 -City of Anoka <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the DNR's letter of July 22, 1996 to Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />informing them that their project does not require a DNR permit. <br />Informational; no action required. <br />Hunters Hollow Development (Andover <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the DNR's letter of July 31, 1996 to Gold Nuggett Development informing <br />them that their project does not require a DNR permit. • <br />Informational; no action required. <br />
