LRRWMO Meeting Minutes • <br />August 15, 1996 <br />Page 8 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Discuss Tour of Rum River <br />Jankowski explained that a discussion had occurred previously about arranging a tour of the Rum <br />River. Schultz suggested the tour include the Coon Rapids dam. Since other members indicated they <br />are already familiar with the Rum River, Jankowski indicated he will arrange for a tour by himself. <br />Schultz indicated he will contact Stanley Engineering to determine the possibility of scheduling <br />a tour of the Coon Rapids dam. <br />LRRWMO Permit #96-10. Kimm Printinp_ -Anoka <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the August 15, 1996 memorandum from Ban Engineering regazding his <br />review of LRRWMO Permit #96-10 for Kimm Printing for site grading and utility installation of an <br />office/warehouse to be constructed in the Anoka Enterprise Park. The project proposes the <br />construction of a 72,000 square foot building and erosion control measures aze shown to be installed <br />where drainage would have altered areas on the site and rock filter dikes aze shown to be constructed <br />at the entryways onto the site. Schultz presented engineering plans of the proposed project for <br />review. <br />Motion by Haas,. seconded by Weaver, to approve LRRWMO Permit #96-10, ICimm Printing <br />Company, 1150 Lund Boulevard, to construct a 72;000 square Foot corporate <br />headquarters/manufacturing/warehouse facility, conditioned on: <br />1. All erosion control measures shown on the plans must be constructed at the initial <br />stages of construction and remain in place and be maintained until all areas altered on <br />the site have been restored. <br />2. The rock filter dikes must be continually maintained during construction on the site. <br />3. Street sweeping must be undertaken and completed on an as-needed basis. <br />4. Upon completion of construction and restoration of disturbed areas, the developer is <br />responsible for the removal of all erosion control measures installed throughout the site. <br />Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays.
