Anoka. Coon Rapids & Ramsey <br />Jankowski distributed and reviewed quarterly reports for the City of Ramsey from October of 1994 <br />to Mazch of 1996. Jankowski stated this report is not entirely complete since there are four projects <br />which he still needs to research. <br />Haas questioned the need far LRRWMO engineer review. Jankowski reviewed the projects which <br />have and have not been reviewed by Barr Engineering. Obermeyer noted that Ban Engineering only <br />inspects if requested. <br />Motion by Haas, seconded by Weaver, to accept the Ramsey quarterly reports from October <br />of 1994 through March of 1996. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. • <br />Haas distributed and reviewed the First Quarter 1996 Report for the City of Andover. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Andover First Quarter 1996 Report. <br />Vote: 4 ayes - 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Champlin/Anoka Bridge Project <br />Schultz reported the Highway Department has requested approval of the Champlin/Anoka bridge and <br />they have submitted a plan which will be reviewed on Apri129th to address issues related to runoff <br />and creating a siltation pond. <br />OLD BUSINESS -None <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #96-03 -• Natures Ed¢e -Coon Rapids <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the Apri117, 1996 memorandum from Bob Obermeyer of Barr Engineering <br />indicating his review of the plans and permit application for site grading and utility installation for the <br />Natures Edge development at the intersection of Round Lake Boulevazd and Riverdale Drive in Coon • <br />Rapids fora 94-unit townhouse development. It was noted Obermeyer recommends approval subject <br />to eight conditions. <br />
