Anoka. Coon Rapids. Ramsev <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the 1997 Second Quarter reports submitted by the Cities of Anoka and <br />Andover. <br />Schultz noted that four permits are 100% complete so they will submit letters at the next meeting <br />requesting their remaining permit fees be reimbursed <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to accept the 1997 Second Quarter Report <br />submitted by the Cities of Anoka and Andover. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />• Coon Rapids and Ramsey reports not available; placed on September 18,1997 meeting agenda. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Review Newsletter Article -Jankowski <br />Not available; tabled to September 18,1997 meeting agenda. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #97-OS -AEC Energy Park -Ramsey <br />Jankowski noted the August 18, 1997 memorandum from Bob Obermeyer, Barr Engineering, <br />indicating the review and comment period for the proposed wetland filUreplacement on Lot 1, Block <br />2, of the Anoka Energy Pazk was completed on July 17, 1997. No comments have been received, the <br />application is complete, and he recommended that the LRRWMO approve the proposed plan subject <br />to two wnditions. Jankowski reviewed that the LRRWMO granted concept approval for this permit <br />pending receiving no adverse comments during the comment period. <br />Weaver stated this is the project where they do not have an actual development, so it is a speculative <br />• project. Jankowski stated this is correct and noted Obermeyer's requirement for detailed construction <br />plans, erosion plans, etc. once an actual building is identified. <br />Jankowski stated this is similar to a preliminary plat approval process in that if the final project <br />contains no major revisions, it would be approved. <br />
