LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />June 19, 1997 <br />Page 3 <br />No objection indicated. <br />DISCUSS PLAN UPDATE -COMMENTS TO AGENCIES <br />Lobermeier provided a detailed review of the proposed response to agency comments as prepazed <br />by SEH and dated June 19, 1997. <br />Consensus was reached to: <br />Include By Laws in Plan. <br />Revise Policy 3.2: "Buffer azeas required in accordance with review by the local unit <br />of government and WMO, and buffer areas will be further revised when completing <br />the local wetland plans. <br />Jankowski stated he will type out the response letter and forward it to Lobermeier for inclusion in the <br />packets. <br />• Lobecmeier reviewed the process that will be followed in waiting 45 days for their second response <br />and then prepaze a document identifying just the amendments. A 90 period is then allowed for them <br />to act on the Plan (estimated December of 1997). <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to adopt the recommended responses and draft and <br />authorize SEH to proceed. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />1997 First Quarter -Andover and Ramsey <br />Haas presented the 1997 First Quarter report for the City of Andover. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the City of Andover 1997 First Quarter <br />reports, as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays.
