He stated this is a recurring and
significant comment on the part of BWSR and a goat of the LRRWMO. Jankowski requested that
this item be placed on the January agenda for further discussion.
Moore stated BWSR will offer assistance to help in this process and explained that BWSR is
attempting to become "plugged into" the municipal_Plannng Commissions, _Moore explained that _ __ ___^__
a citizen advisory group can be used to do a lot of work for the WMO board in creating ideas,
providing information, and making recommendations. i
• Jankowski stated the LRRWMO does not want to spend its resources to consider non-pertinent
issues. Moore stated he understands this concern and agrees that specific direction needs to be
provided to clarify their (citizen advisory group) mission.
Haas asked if the Plan will be revised and submitted to BWSR Lobermeier stated with the last
review they just amended the pertinent portions. At this point, they will now revise the entire Plan
"_ document and submit i£ toBWSR It was noted that`ariother review by memberCity'Councils is not - °-""~""°"
required.
Jankowski explained that the membership of the Ramsey City Council has changed significantly and
they should be made aware of this Plan.
Haas noted that almost everything is done and the only issue that remains to be addressed is the
Technical Review Panel which will be handled with a revision to the By Laws. All indicated this is
correct.
CONSIDER COMMUNICATIONS
Review Corresnondence in Chair's Folder
Jankowski reviewed the correspondence and notices contained in the Chair's Folder.
