• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes May 15, 1997 Page 5 REPORT OF OFFICERS 1997 First Ouarter -Andover Anoka Coon Raoids and Rams Motion by Haas, seconded by Weaver, to accept the Anoka and Coon Rapids 1997 First Quarter reports, as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. Andover and Ramsey reports not available; placed on June 19, 1997 meeting agenda. OLD BUSINESS Review Newsletter Article -Jankowski Not available; tabled to June 19,1997 meeting agenda. Review 1996 Annual Report . The Administrative Secretary advised that the ACD just sent the lake monitoring and enforcement data which had been requested last month and asked if the LRRWMO would like the final annual report document rewritten to include this data. Consensus was reached to authorize the Administrative Secretary to revise the annual report to include this late arriving data. Following review of the Annual Report, additions were made to ask cable television to advertise dates of monthly meetings and agenda and to post the agenda at each member city. Motion by Ferguson, seconded by Weaver, to approve the 1996 Annual Report, as revised, an authorize its submittal to BWSR Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS LRRWMO Permit #97-03 -Echo Hills 2nd Addition -Andover The LRRWMO reviewed Obermeyer's memorandum dated May 12, 1997, regarding his review of this permit for a seven lot, 24-acre, single-family residential development to be located at the intersection of Valley Drive, County Road 58, and 168th Avenue NW. It was noted the Anoka Conservation District has field delineated -the limits of the wetland areas on the site and the developer's consultant, MSA Consulting Engineers, has indicated that no encroachment. is proposed within wetland areas. If filling should occur within wetland areas, this revised plan must be resubmitted to the LRRWMO, being the LGU administering the requirements of the 1991 Wetland Conservation Act, for review and approval.
