• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes
May 15, 1997
Page 9
4. Upon completion of construction and restoration of disturbed areas, the permit
applicant is responsible for the removal of all erosion control measures installed
throughout the site.
5. The LRRWMO will require that the storm sewer and/or combination of pipe and
overflow capacity from C.B. 16 to the system outlet be designed to convey the critical
100-year frequency discharge from the roadway low point. The low point functions as
a ponding basin for the high intense rainstorm events. The elevation where water can
eater a structure must be a minimum of one foot above the surface overflow elevation,
if sufficient pipe capacity is not provided. A revised storm sewer plan, computations,
and detail for the overflow must be submitted to the LRRWMO engineering advisor
for review and approval.
Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
• A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to adjourn the meeting. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays.
Motion carried. Time of adjournment: 10:08 a.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Cazla Wirth
Administrative Secretary
LJ
