., <br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />April 17, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br />Consensus was reached to fund the $386.18 charge from Barr Engineering for permit review against <br />the administrative fee. <br />Knutson advised that per a request from Haas, Barr Engineering reviewed their bill for October- <br />December and lowered their inspection chazge to LRRWMO Permit #91-2 permit for Cobbs Addition <br />from $110 to $55 and added the $55 to LRRWMO Permit #95-15. However, Permit #95-15 had <br />already been closed out and the balance returned. Knutson requested direction. <br />Consensus was reached to lower the fee charged to Permit #91-2 to $55 and fund the $55 to Permit <br />#95-15 from the administrative fee. <br />CONSIDER COMMiJNICATIONS <br />Review Corr~ondence in Chair's Folder <br />Jankowski reviewed the correspondence and notices contained in the Chair's Folder. <br />Acknowledged; no action required. • <br />DNR Request for Review and Comment -Permit 97-6154 Dewaterine for Storm Sewer <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the Request for Review and Comment for construction dewatering for <br />storm sewer installation near Highway 169 and CSAH 12. It was noted this project is actually <br />located in Champlin which is Hennepin County. <br />Informational; no action required. <br />Grant for Data Collection <br />Jankowski reviewed a letter advising of the availability of matching grants to fund data collection. <br />Discussion occurred regazding the timeliness of the LRRWMO's current water data. Schultz pointed <br />out that other organizations are already monitoring and collecting this data. <br />Jankowski suggested that data be located and the agency which provides it be identified in the <br />LRRWMO Plan update. He reviewed the limited data currently identified in the LRRWMO Plan <br />update with regazd to lake and river monitoring. <br />Jankowski suggested SEH be asked whether identifying this data in the Plan update was within their • <br />scope of work. <br />Informational; will possibly be considered in the future. <br />
