• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />December 18, 1997 <br />Page 8 <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Schultz, to approve the revision to LRRWMO <br />Permit #97-10, Anoka County Regional Park, subject to: <br />1. The wetland mitigation must be completed concurrently with the proposed <br />improvements within the Regional Park. <br />2. The requirements of the 1991 Wetland Conservation Act, field inspection with the TEP, <br />yearly reporting, etc., are applicable to the LRRWMO approval of this project. <br />3. The Corps of Engineer's and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources must be <br />contacted to determine if approval from these agencies is required. <br />Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Water Resource Project Notification -Port of Anoka -Dock Access/MoorinQ Svstem <br />Schultz reviewed the plans to create a docking access/mooring system. <br />• A motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to table consideration to the January 15, <br />1998 meeting following the comment period. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Certificate of Exemption -Flood Plain Redevelopment Area -Anoka <br />Schultz advised that this application must go out for comment so it will be placed on the January 15, <br />1998 meeting agenda. This item will be placed on the January 15,1998'-meeting agenda. <br />LRRWMO Permit #97-13 - McDonald's Corporation -Anoka <br />It was noted that McDonald's Corporation has withdrawn their request. <br />RETIREMENT OF RAY SCHULTZ CITY OF ANOKA ENGINEER <br />Jankowski noted that Ray Schultz will be retiring next week and extended the LRRWMO's <br />appreciation to him for his years of service in representing the City of Anoka. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />A motion was made by Schultz, seconded by Ferguson, to adjourn the meeting.
