We recognize
that the Airport has been a continuing study effort to date.
Ralph Burke Associates (RBA), founded in 1946, is a multi-disciplinary
firm encompassing the professions of engineering, architecture, economics,
and planning.. In our 37 years of experience we have had the opportunity to
plan and design dozens of airport facilities of all types and sizes. Many
of these airports have included planning and design aspects which are sim-
ilar to this airport project. Although providing professional services in
the aviation field is the principal aspect of our business, RBA is also
active in architectural work, in parking and traffic planning studies and
design, and in planning and designing waterway and riverfront facilities.
RBA offers these professional services throughout the United States, with
the major concentration of work in the Upper Midwest area.
Our interests embrace the full range of aviation planning and design.
We have had the opportunity to provide consultant services in all parts of
the country to clients in the public and private sectors. Our comprehensive
services provide complete project continuity from conceptual plans through
technical and financial planning, environmental assessment, design and
construction documents, and construction administration. We often re-
present our clients throughout the entire development process.
