(The <br />printing of extra copies will be allowed if adequate justification is <br />provided.) <br />(19) Administration of master plan projects based on reasonable <br />direct and indirect costs incurred by sponsors and guidelines set forth in <br />FAR Part 152 (see Appendix 4 of AC 150/5100-10). <br />(20) Preparation and printing of an approved number of environmental <br />impact assessment reports covering improvements proposed in a master plan <br />and based on the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of <br />1969 and current FAA guidelines. <br />(21) Public hearings and public information activities and publica- <br />tions as may be necessary or desirable for consideration by the public of <br />proposed airport site selection or major improvements and based on the <br />requirements of the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970, as amended <br />(see AC 150/5050-4). <br />8 <br />' Chap 1 <br />Par 5 <br />
