Lawrence G. Koshak Page 2 December 24, 1984
VIII. Page 8-7, 8.2.9. Wetlands - Where is wetland 11118 located? Exhibit
8-1 should identify wetlands 11117 and 11118 and also show the pro-
posed relocation of County Road 116. If the wetlands are going to
be affected (either by removing a portion of wetland or adding ad-
ditional storm water runoff), it could add to the cost of the pro-
ject. Mitigation would have to be provided for any significant
wetland impacts.
IX. At the public meeting on May 16, 1984, it was inquired as to how
many of the annual operations quoted were because of students. It
was stated that a seven day study would be performed to get a better
handle on those numbers. Was this accomplished?
XI. Also, as a reminder, the Metropolitan Airports Commission should be
kept abreast of the City of Ramsey's plans.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions of the above comments.
Sincerely,
Harold R.
