Case #2: Consider Formal Dedication for the Ramsey Lion's Contribution for Central <br />Park's Pavilion <br />Parks Supervisor Riverblood reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Chairperson Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to recommend that the City <br />Council to proceed with the dedication, with the funding source being the Lawful Gambling <br />Improvement Fund. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Elvig and Councilmembers Dehen and McGlone. <br />Voting No: None. <br />Case #3: Summary for 2009 - 2010 Snow Removal Season <br />Public Works Supervisor Riemer reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember McGlone stated he would like to discuss the reimbursement the resident for mail <br />box replacement if damaged by the City plow at a future meeting. <br />The Commission discussed residents removing snow from their own sidewalks as a cost savings <br />measure for the City. <br />No decision was made. Information only. <br />Case #4: Update on 161x` Avenue & Armstrong Blvd Pedestrian Crossing <br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski reviewed the staff report. <br />The Committee asked they be kept up to date with this on the weekly newsletter. <br />Case #5: Update of IP 09-24 Dysprosium Street Feasibility Study <br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski reviewed the staff report. He recommended the property <br />owners be contacted and that both neighbors had to agree to separate the driveways and the <br />additional cost. <br />Chairperson Elvig stated the approvals should be notarized as well as signed by the residents <br />agreeing to the separate driveways. <br />It was the Committee's consensus to agree with the policy. <br />Motion by Councilmember Dehen, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to recommend that <br />the City Council approve the feasibility study dated Apri12010. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Elvig and Councilmembers Dehen and McGlone. <br />Voting No: None. <br />Case #6: Consider Overnight Parking in Parking Ramp Policy <br />Public Works Committee / Apri120, 2010 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
