"In-Service Hour" means the measurement of time (in hours) <br />from when a transit vehicle starts in service at the first scheduled pick-up time point on a trip, to <br />the time the vehicle is out of service at the last scheduled drop-off time point for that trip. "In- <br />Service Hour" does not include pre-trip inspection time, fueling time, any time the vehicle is <br />traveling from its garage to the first scheduled pick-up time point, any layover (recovery) time, <br />or any time the vehicle is traveling from the last scheduled drop-off time point to its garage. <br /> <br />1.05 In-Service Miles. "In-Service Miles" means the measurement of distance (in <br />miles) from when a transit vehicle starts in service at the first scheduled pick-up time point on a <br />trip, to the time the vehicle is out of service at the last scheduled drop-off time point for that trip. <br />"In-Service Miles" does not include any distance the vehicle travels from its garage to the first <br />scheduled pick-up time point, or any distance the vehicle travels from the last scheduled drop-off <br />time point to its garage. <br /> <br />1.06 NTD Revenue Hour. "NTD Revenue Hour" or "National Transit Database <br />Revenue Hour" means the measurement of time (in hours) from when a vehicle starts in service <br />at the first scheduled pick-up time point on the first trip of a contiguous set of trips, to the time <br />the vehicle is out of service at the last scheduled drop-off time point on the last trip for that <br />contiguous set of trips, including layover (recovery) time between trips. "NTD Revenue Hour" <br />does not include pre-trip inspection time, fueling time, any time the vehicle is traveling from its <br />garage to the first scheduled pick-up time point, or any time the vehicle is traveling from the last <br />scheduled drop-off time point to its garage, or interline deadhead (time required to reposition the <br />bus for next trip in revenue service). <br /> <br />1.07 NTD Revenue Miles. "NTD Revenue Miles" does not include the vehicle is traveling from its <br />garage to the first scheduled pick-up time point, or any time the vehicle is traveling from the last <br />scheduled drop-off time point to its garage, or interline deadhead (distance in miles required to <br />reposition the bus for next trip in revenue service). <br /> <br />1.08 Operating Revenue. "Operating Revenue" means all income or revenues <br />generated by, derived from, attributable to, or related to the operation of transit services under <br />the agreement, regardless of the date of collection, including, without limitation, passenger fares, <br />passenger donations, and revenue from any other sources made available to the Contractor from <br />the transit services provide by the Contractor. Operating Revenue does not include payments <br />from the City Council under the agreement. <br /> <br />1.09 Project Administrator. "Project Administrator" means the person designated by <br />the City Council for the purposes of administering the agreement. <br /> <br />4 <br />
