<br />7.01 Payment for Services. <br /> <br />a. Total Service Cost. Subject to the adjustments for Missed Trips and Operating <br />Revenue as provided for in paragraphs (g) and (h) of this section, the Contractor will be <br />compensated for providing services under the agreement on the basis of the number ofNTD <br />Revenue Hours specified in the Service Plan for each payment period in which the services are <br />provided, times the Contractor's applicable hourly rate per NTD Revenue Hour during that <br />period as specified in paragraph (b) of this section, subject to the Deadhead index adjustment in <br />paragraph (c) of this section. Such payment, as adjusted, shall comprise the full and complete <br />compensation to the Contractor for all services, work, and equipment necessary to provide <br />services in accordance with the Service Plan during the period in question and is referred to in <br />this section as the "Total Service Cost" for the period. <br /> <br />b. Contractor's Applicable Hourly Rate. The Contractor's hourly rate per NTD <br />Revenue Hour during the term of the agreement is as follows: <br /> <br />[NOTE: HOURS AND AMOUNTS TO BE INSERTED BASED ON PROPOSAL <br />ACCEPTED] <br /> <br />Contract Base NTD Rate # 1 Rate #2 Rate #3 <br />Year Revenue <br /> Hours <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 (ext) <br />4 (ext) <br />5 (ext) <br /> <br />Where: <br />· The Rate # 1 for a contract year, applies when the annualized NTD Revenue Hours for the <br />time period in question are 2: 80% to <90% of the Base NTD Revenue Hours specified <br />for that same contract year. <br />· The Rate #2 for a contract year applies when the annualized NTD Revenue Hours for the <br />time period in question are 2: 90% to <110% of the Base NTD Revenue Hours specified <br />for that same contract year. <br />· The Rate #3 for a contract year applies when the annualized NTD Revenue Hours for the <br />time period in question are 2: 110% to <120% of the Base NTD Revenue Hours specified <br />for that same contract year. <br /> <br />c. Deadhead Index Adjustment.
