Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />WORKING OUT OF CLASS PAY AND INTERIM TITLE FOR <br />THE HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN <br />WHEREAS, on May 11, 2010 City Council accepted the resignation of the Human <br />Resources Manager/Assistant Administrative Services Manger; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to leave the position vacant for the foreseeable <br />future; and <br />WHEREAS, the Human Resources Technician has assumed many of the Human <br />Resources Manager/Assistant Administrative Services Manger's duties and responsibilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Human Resources Technician is working out of her pay classification. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVED THAT TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THF, CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Confirms the recommendation of staff to authorize a five percent increase per hour for the <br />Human Resources Technician while she is working out of her pay classification and an interim <br />title change of Human Resources Representative <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22"d day of June, 2010. <br />
