Legacy Christian Academy <br />Sketch Plan Review <br />September 9, 2010 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Utilities: Municipal Water and Sanitary Sewer will, be extended to serve the proposed <br />subdivision from Armstrong Blvd. The cost of the utility extensions will be paid by the <br />developer, with any oversizing necessary to serve the larger service district being paid by the <br />City's corresponding Utility Funds. The final utility plan will be reviewed as part of the site <br />plan and plat submittal. A detailed drainage plan will also be reviewed as part of the site <br />plan and plat submittals. <br />T,he request for Sketch Plan review has been forwarded to the Anoka County Highway <br />Department for review, as the Subject Property is adjacent to CSAH 83 (Armstrong Boulevard) <br />and includes extending CSAH 116 (Bmiker•Lake Blvd), although this will be as a city street. <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2010 to <br />review your sketch plan. You, or your representative, are strongly encouraged to attend the <br />meeting in order to answer any questions that may arise.
