Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to recommend that City <br /> Council adopt the resolution adopting Findings of Fact favorable to the applicant's request <br /> relating to the City of Ramsey HRA's request for an interim use permit to deviate from sign <br /> restrictions established in City Code. <br /> Further Discussion <br /> Discussion ensued regarding Findings of Fact Number 20. <br /> Motion amended by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy to recommend <br /> that City Council adopt the resolution adopting Findings of Fact favorable to the applicant's <br /> request relating to the City of Ramsey HRA's request for an interim use permit to deviate from <br /> sign restrictions established in City Code with an additional finding to read "That the proposed <br /> sign is part of the original signage and vision of The COR ". <br /> Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Brauer, Van Scoy, and <br /> Cleveland. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Dunaway, and Rogers. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy to recommend that City <br /> Council adopt the resolution granting approval of an interim use permit to deviate from sign <br /> restrictions at 7157 Highway 10 NW, based on the Findings of Fact, and declaring terms of the <br /> same. <br /> Motion Carried.
