Commissioner Cleveland stated she thought the size of the sign is encouraging people to use <br /> Armstrong Boulevard rather than Ramsey Boulevard. <br /> Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated this sign sits north of the tracks and back from the <br /> intersection, the sign on Ramsey Boulevard sits near the intersection with Highway 10. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, and <br /> Cleveland. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Dunaway, and Rogers. <br /> The public hearing closed at 7:32 p.m. <br /> Board Business <br /> Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to recommend that City <br /> Council adopt the resolution adopting Findings of fact favorable to the applicant's request <br /> relating to the City of .Ramsey HRA's request for an interim use permit to deviate from sign <br /> restrictions established in City Code with an additional finding to read "That the proposed sign is <br /> part of the original signage and vision of The COR ". <br /> Motion Carried.
