Trunk Charzes: Stormwater, sanitary sewer, and water trunk fees will be charged as part of this development. The payment of these fees will be required prior to the City releasing the plat for recording. 11. Sgund Mitigation: The City of Ramsey will require that the noise from State Highway ~47 not exceed the lV[PCA standards for noise for the new residents. The City has hired a. consultant to complete a study on the traffic noise levels that are generated on State Highway #47 including projected noise levels for the next 20 years. The cost will be $2,000.00. In the event that the study reveals that noise levels will exceed the state's noise standards; the City will require mitigation of the noise through .a sound wall or other measures. It should'be noted that all sound mitigation measures are subject to the City Engineers approval. 12. .Sidewalks: Sidewalks are required along one side of the public road. The sidewalk should extend all the way down to the southern edge of the plat. Please submit a revised plan showing the location of the sidewalk. For your information, sidewalks need to be built within the right-of-way and located one foot from the edge of the right-of-way. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other regulatory agencies. The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2002, at Ramsey Fire Station #2, to review your preliminary plat. A copy of the 'case cover sheet is enclosed for your information. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
