The position <br />was posted internally; there were no internal applicants. The position was advertised <br />externally and thirty-nine applications were received. The applications were reviewed and <br />six candidates were inte~wiewed by a panel cons/sting of the Finance Officer, Finance <br />Supervisor, and a representative fi'om Labor Relations. Based on the panel's <br />recommendation, staff is recommending hiring Nancy Hinrich for the position of <br />Accounting Clerk. <br /> <br />Stall' Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending Nancy Hinrich for the position of full-time Accounting Clerk at a <br />starting wage of $15.9335/horn' plus benefits and will accrue two weeks of vacation per <br />year. Ms. Hinrich's hiring would be contingent on successful completion of background <br />checks and she must pass an employment physical and drug/alcohol screen.
