The position was <br />posted internally; there were no internal applicants. The position was advertised externally <br />and thirteen applications were received. The applications were reviewed and six <br />candidates were interviewed by a panel consisting of the City Clerk and the Assistant .City <br />Administrator. Based on the panel's recommendation, staff is recommending hiring Nancy <br />Libor for the position of Clerk II. <br /> <br />Stall' .Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending Nancy Libor for the position of full-time Clerk II at a starting wage <br />of $15.2059/hour plus benefits and will accrue two weeks of vacation per year. Ms. <br />Libor's h/ring would be contingent on successful completion of background checks and <br />she must pass an employment physical and drug/alcohol screen.
