-30- <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adopt <br />Resolution #02-03- .. approving the request for a conditional use permit based on the Findings <br />of Fact # ~ and declaring terms of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Anderson noted that #6 and #8 were not in harmony with <br />each other. City Attorney Goodrich requested that the Council give him the latitude to make the <br />permit conform legally. He recommended that the approval be subject to his review. <br /> <br />Motion was amended to make the approval subject to the City Attorney's review. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, <br />Anderson, and Kurak. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Rezone Property from B-1. Business to Industrial; Case <br />of J.R. Land and Cattle Company <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that J.R. Land and Cattle Company has <br />subrnitted an application to rezone certain property located northwest of Alpine Drive and north <br />of State Highway #10 from B-1 Business to Industrial. The property is being platted as West <br />Ramsey Industrial Park and the rezoning would allow the applicant to develop the property with <br />industrial uses. The City Council adopted findings of fact and introduced the rezoning ordinance <br />on February 26, 2002. The rezoning was contingent upon Metropolitan' Council approval of a <br />Comprehensive Plan amendment to change the designation on the Future Land Use Map from <br />'places to shop' to 'places to work.'
