Mr. McDowall has <br />successfully completed this probationary period. A performance appraisal has also been <br />completed. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends probationary period be ended and that Mr. McDowall has completed <br />his probationary period and should be approved for full-time Engineering Technician IV <br />effective November 13, 2002. <br /> <br />City Council accepts Mr. McDowall's probationary period completed. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council authorize Resolution# 02-I 1-xxxx ending the <br />probationary period for Full-time Engineering Technician IV, Michael McDowall <br />effective November 13, 2002. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Assistant City Administrator <br />Director of Public Works <br /> <br />PC: 11-12-2002 <br /> <br />-257- <br /> <br /> <br />
