J. Olson Research. I do research on <br />development activity in fourteen counties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul MSA. I am retired from Qwest, <br />where I was a market analyst and forecaster. In that capacity, I met with you both in Ramsey and in <br />North Branch to discuss development activity.
