Review Letter: Diamonds Sports Bar and Grill <br />August 29, 2002 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking - Spaces Required: The current facility has 316 Parking spaces and this <br />addition will not require any additional 'parking spaces since the dining area is not being expanded. <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: In the B-3 Zoning District, the exterior finish of the building is <br />required to be brick or other masonry type of exterior material. You are proposing have vinyl <br />siding on the new addition. City Code does allow for alternative materials to be used when <br />approved by the Planning Commission and City Council. Please be prepared to show a sample of <br />the material you would like to use to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Drainage and Grading Plan: The addition will have negligible minimal effect on the existing <br />drainage pattern as the site for the addition already consists of impervious surface. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Thursday, <br />September 5, 2002 at 7:00pm at the Ramsey Fire Station II located at 15050 Armstrong Blvd..
