RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Be it resolved that the Ramsey Police Department enter into a grant agreement with <br />the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the project <br />entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period from October 1, 2002 <br />through September 30, 2003. <br /> <br />The Police Chief of Ramsey is hereby authorized to execute such agreement and <br />amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Ramsey Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />Be it further resolved that the Chief of the Coon Rapids Police Department is hereby <br />authorized to be the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the Ramsey <br />Police Department. <br /> <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota on September 24, 2002. <br /> <br />SIGNED: <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />signature <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> signature <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />title title <br /> <br />date date <br /> <br /> <br />
