The quarterly drainage utility charge will be $25.20 per REU. Inspection Fee: The'City has established an inspection fee to cover the costs incurred by the City related to the installation of required improvements. The developer will be required to make a cash deposit into the appropriate escrow account at the City and the City shall have the authority to draw upon these funds for the purpose of compensating for inspection services. The amount of the deposit shall be equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated cost of the Required Improvements. Upon completion of the Improvements to the satisfaction of the City, any surplus balance remaining in the City's escrow account shall be refunded to the developer. Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: Sunfish Commons. Sewer and water trunk fees were paid through the. platting of Construction Time Frame: It should be noted that the proposed development will not be able to commence construction until the plat for Sunfish Commons has been recorded at Anoka County. The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday September I2, 2002, at Ramsey Fire Station #2, to review the proposed site plan.
