The quarterly drainage utility charge will be $25.20 per REU. <br /> <br />Inspection Fee: The'City has established an inspection fee to cover the costs incurred by the City <br />related to the installation of required improvements. The developer will be required to make a <br />cash deposit into the appropriate escrow account at the City and the City shall have the authority <br />to draw upon these funds for the purpose of compensating for inspection services. The amount <br />of the deposit shall be equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated cost of the Required <br />Improvements. Upon completion of the Improvements to the satisfaction of the City, any surplus <br />balance remaining in the City's escrow account shall be refunded to the developer. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: <br />Sunfish Commons. <br /> <br />Sewer and water trunk fees were paid through the. platting of <br /> <br />Construction Time Frame: It should be noted that the proposed development will not be able <br />to commence construction until the plat for Sunfish Commons has been recorded at Anoka <br />County. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday September I2, 2002, at Ramsey <br />Fire Station #2, to review the proposed site plan.
