Based on the project memorandum, the proposed improvements consist of <br />construction ora 4.7 acre multimodal facility to accommodate 168 parking spaces and express <br />b~ se~ice. In addition, we have an included a.a 8 foot bituminous trail from t~e railroad trac~ <br />to Count"y Road t I6 on the west side of Ramsey Boulevard and from Sunwood Drive to County <br />Koad 116 on the east side of Rantsey Boulevard. As requested, the proposed project will include <br />the plans and specifications, surveying, project management, construction staking and <br />observation. We have prepared a preliminary cost estimate for the construction of the project, <br />which is attached to this letter. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and.knowledge of the City. and project area, we are corgSdent we <br />can provide high quality services at competitive prices.
