Subd. 3. Traffic Generation Analysis. New residential developments shall be <br />subject to a traffic generation analysis which analysis shall be prepared at the expense of the <br />developer of the subject property. The City shall review this analysis for the purpose of making <br />a traffic impact determination to insure the new development, So the extent feasible, funnels <br />traffic to a collector or arterial roadway system and minimizes disruption to existing developed <br />neighborhoods. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY. <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #02- , which has been approved by the <br />City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: Establishing performance standards to provide for an orderly transition between <br />residential developments of differing densities. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
