-80- Councilmember Zimmerman stated Councilmember Henddksen has only made one comment about correcting the meeting minutes but he (Zimmerman) has seen numerous times where Councilmembers Kurak and Anderson have made numerous corrections to the minutes. Councilmember Hendriksen stated he is not asking for a transcript but the Mayor said numerous things and they should be interspersed through the minutes because, in his (Hendriksen's) personal opinion, the Mayor was trying to inflame the conversation. Councilmember Anderson stated a new secretary was taking minutes so she has numerous corrections. She reqnested the following corrections to the June 25, 2002 minutes: Page 2, 3rd paragraph, "Mayor Gamec acknoxvledged the Lions community..." Page 4, 6th paragraph, "Councilmember Hendriksen asked if this was extended because of the finding_s of fact." Page 5, 5th paragraph, "Councilmember Hendriksen stated he thought he heard that at least one member of the Kurak family felt they had been treated unfairly..." Page 5, 12th paragraph, "City Attorney Goodrich stated Mr. Kurak was asking for a low density land use for a distance of 300 feet transition area from the adjacent single-family property and the balance of the property would be medium density." Page 6, 4th paragraph, "...the Kurak application would be deemed approved because the City would have violated the Statute." Page 7, 5th paragraph, end with question mark. Page 8, 4th paragraph, correct spelling of name to "Bertzyk." Page 10, 7th paragraph, correct spelling from Youth Street to Ute Street. Page 10, 7th paragraph, staff to review meeting tape and revise statement by Olson to reflect resident's concern regarding number of trees to be removed. Page 12, 9th paragraph, correct spelling from Youth Street to Ute Street. Page 13, 13th paragraph, correct the word "afterthought" to be one word rather than two. Page 14, 2nd paragraph, "Councilmember Anderson stated if the City code was ..." Page 14, 6th paragraph, "Councilmember Anderson stated .the City code called for an environmental permit, which the City has not used in that form. Mayor Gamec requested that Councilmember Anderson submit her corrections to staff so they can be made and the Corrected meeting minutes resubmitted to the Council for consideration. Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Zimrnerman, to table consideration of the June 25, 2002 Council meeting minutes until the corrections are made. Motion carried.
