-80- <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman stated Councilmember Henddksen has only made one comment <br />about correcting the meeting minutes but he (Zimmerman) has seen numerous times where <br />Councilmembers Kurak and Anderson have made numerous corrections to the minutes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated he is not asking for a transcript but the Mayor said numerous <br />things and they should be interspersed through the minutes because, in his (Hendriksen's) <br />personal opinion, the Mayor was trying to inflame the conversation. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson stated a new secretary was taking minutes so she has numerous <br />corrections. She reqnested the following corrections to the June 25, 2002 minutes: <br /> <br />Page 2, 3rd paragraph, "Mayor Gamec acknoxvledged the Lions community..." <br />Page 4, 6th paragraph, "Councilmember Hendriksen asked if this was extended because of the <br />finding_s of fact." <br />Page 5, 5th paragraph, "Councilmember Hendriksen stated he thought he heard that at least one <br />member of the Kurak family felt they had been treated unfairly..." <br />Page 5, 12th paragraph, "City Attorney Goodrich stated Mr. Kurak was asking for a low density <br />land use for a distance of 300 feet transition area from the adjacent single-family property and <br />the balance of the property would be medium density." <br />Page 6, 4th paragraph, "...the Kurak application would be deemed approved because the City <br />would have violated the Statute." <br />Page 7, 5th paragraph, end with question mark. <br />Page 8, 4th paragraph, correct spelling of name to "Bertzyk." <br />Page 10, 7th paragraph, correct spelling from Youth Street to Ute Street. <br />Page 10, 7th paragraph, staff to review meeting tape and revise statement by Olson to reflect <br />resident's concern regarding number of trees to be removed. <br />Page 12, 9th paragraph, correct spelling from Youth Street to Ute Street. <br />Page 13, 13th paragraph, correct the word "afterthought" to be one word rather than two. <br />Page 14, 2nd paragraph, "Councilmember Anderson stated if the City code was ..." <br />Page 14, 6th paragraph, "Councilmember Anderson stated .the City code called for an <br />environmental permit, which the City has not used in that form. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested that Councilmember Anderson submit her corrections to staff so they <br />can be made and the Corrected meeting minutes resubmitted to the Council for consideration. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Zimrnerman, to table consideration of <br />the June 25, 2002 Council meeting minutes until the corrections are made. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmennan, Anderson, and <br />Hendriksen. VotingNo: None.
