Further discussion: Further discussion: Councilmember McGlone requested Bunker Lake be <br />connected to Puma for the final plat. He stated with respect to the park, he did not like the idea <br />of holding it as a park and labeled as a park. He stated all of the improved properties were a part <br />of their capacity rating. He noted Puma runs past the property, therefore that property would <br />benefit from the access, and therefore there should be some cost attached to the property. Public <br />Works Director Olson noted that was not possible unless the City went through the assessment <br />process. Councilmember Dehen stated he was in favor of extending Bunker to Puma. <br />Councilmember Wise stated he also did not like the word "park" in the plan. Councilmember <br />McGlone stated the proposed park also did not have parking. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Elvig, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to introduce the <br />Ordinance to amend the Zoning map for the rezoning. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Elvig, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the major <br />subdivision and the site plan contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated <br />September 27, 2010 and to adopt Resolution #10 -10 -242 approving the request and authorizing <br />staff to submit the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Metropolitan Council, contingent upon <br />final plat and site plan approval. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Elvig, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />7.03: Request for Final Plat Review of Ramsey Town Center 12 Addition and Final Site <br />Plan Review of Ramsey Medical Building; Case of PSD, LLC <br />Associate Planner Gladhill reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the final plat <br />of Ramsey Town Center 12 Addition and approve the final site plan contingent upon <br />compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated October 20, 2010. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes. Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Jeffrey, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Look, and McGlone.
