Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #10 -10 -243 <br />to support the response from the City of Saint Paul in regard to the proposed MRCCA rules and <br />direct staff respond to the DNR in regard to current regulation interpretation of the Critical Area <br />Overlay District as drafted by City Staff. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Dehen, Jeffrey, Look, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />7.05: Resolution Calling for a Public Hearing on the Proposed Adoption of a Modification <br />to the Development Program for Development District No. 1, and the Proposed <br />Establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 14 Therein and the <br />Proposed Adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan Therefor <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #10- <br />10 -244 for calling a public hearing on the proposed adoption of a modification to the <br />development program for development district no. 1, and the proposed establishment of tax <br />increment financing district no. 14 therein and the proposed adoption of a tax increment <br />financing plan therefore. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Elvig, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None. <br />7.06: Adopt Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 04 -33 to Provide for Reimbursement <br />for the Purchase of a Computer <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adopt Ordinance #10 -14 <br />amending Ordinance No. 04 -33 to provide for reimbursement for the purchase of a computer, <br />effective January 1, 2011. <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Elvig stated he would be voting against this as the computer <br />provided by the City was sufficient for him Councilmember Dehen stated he would also be <br />voting against this for the same reason.
