City Attorney Goodrich stated this was true but it was in the minutes that this project application <br />was extended and Mr. Kurak asked for a 60-day extension and findings in fact is incorporated in <br />the resolution. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen asked if City Attorney Goodrich was comfortable with these <br />findings. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated he wanted to change some of the wording. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson asked Councilmember Hendriksen if there was a reason not to allow <br />this to move forward. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated he thought he heard that at least one member of the Kurak <br />family was treated unfmrly ifi~h'ii'process and he thought they should not be disadvantaged.
