-238- <br /> <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> MANAGER, RHONDA HERYLA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rhonda Heryla was hired as a full-time Human Resources Manager <br /> and began work on February 28, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Heryla submitted a letter of resignation on June 10th, 2002, <br /> effective June 30th, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to accept Rhonda Heryla's resignation from the position of <br /> Human Resources Manager; <br /> <br />2) That the effective date of Ms. Heryla's resignation will be June 30, 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 11 ch day of June 2002. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I! <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
