A staging plan for the <br />rural developing area is proposed that will allow for development to be <br />staged from 2000 to 2010. Generally, Rarnsey Boulevard will serve as <br />the boundary. Areas east of Ramsey Blvd. may develop between 2000- <br />2005 and areas to the west may develop after 2005.
