Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Consider Change in Vacation Accrual for Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the City recently completed a hiring process to fill the <br />vacancy of an Assistant City Adrrdnistrator. In the course that hiring process, the history of the <br />development of the Assistant City Administrator position as well as the evolution of the Human <br />Resources Manager position were reviewed.
