-342- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME <br /> PUBLIC WORKS SECRETARY MARY JO WARNER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mary Jo Warner was hired as a full-time Public Works Secretary for <br />the City of Ramsey and began work on August 6, 2001, subject to a six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Warner successfully completed her probationary period and her <br />performance was documented by the Director of Public Works; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its February 12, 2002, meeting agreed <br />with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Secretary Mary Jo Warner, effective February 6, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Secretary Mary Jo Warner effective February 6, 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 12th day of February 2002. <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
