38. <br /> <br />Pines 5'h Addition to Apple Ridge with the developer receiving credit towards trail fees for the <br />trail construction within the Apple Ridge development. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that the Council agreed to use trail fees at the Finance <br />Committee level for a master trail plan, but if they use all of the trail fees for trails within a <br />development they will not be receiving the additional funds to pay for the cost of the master trail <br />plan. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik noted that the trail construction within the <br />development would not be credited towards trail fees. <br /> <br />Greg Peterson, Oakwood Land Development, stated that they wilt construct the trail within their <br />development at their own cost~:and in addition be charged a trail fee.
