I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the Council could approve the preliminary plat with the trail and then <br />remove it later if appropriate. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt Resolution #02-01- <br />to approve the preliminary plat for River Pines 5th Addition contingent upon compliance with <br />City staff review letter dated December 26, 200 I, and including the trail segment along T.H. #47 <br />to the south end of Apple Ridge. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Hendriksen questioned the financing of the trail. <br />Community Development Director Frolik replied that the financing Would be as the Planning <br />Commission proposed. The developer would pay for the trail within the development and the <br />portion outside of the develqp~ent the developer would receive credit towards trail fees that <br />would be collected from Ri~t~ae 5t~ Addition. Councilmember Hendriksen stated at th.is time <br />they don't know why th¢?gment ~ong Apple Ridge was. not constructed as part of the 1st phase. <br />Mayor Gamec replied;'~'~t staff co~t bring' that information back at final plat.
