Councilmember Hendriksen noted that his company did a minimal amount of work for them years ago, but is not currently a client and did not see any conflict of interest. Ms. Sutter agreed that there was not a conflict. Councilmember Hendriksen stated that his concern is that if they permit them on the property how do they get them to leave the property without costing the City a lot of money. City Attorney Goodrich stated that. the City could agree to give Kenko a year lead-time before they would have to move from. their existing site. Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to table action and direct staff to explore the legal ability of the City' to provide Kenko, Inc. with one-year increment agreements.
