"RTC Ordinance" means Section 9.20,31 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, which sets forth the land use restrictions and other zoning regulations <br />relating to the Subject Property. Subject to Section 4.8 below, the RTC <br />Ordinance also includes any subsequent amendments, modifications or additions <br />to the version of the RTC Ordinance existing on the date hereof. <br /> <br />¢~)-RTC Project. "RTC Project" means the Development of the Subject Property <br />in accord with the RTC Controls and other requirements of this Master <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />~ve)-Secondau, Development Agreement. "Secondary Development <br />Agreement" means an agreement between the City and a Secondary Developer for <br />the Development of a Phase. A Secondary Development Agreement will specify <br />the specific requirements for the Development of that Phase including, but not <br />limited to, the allocation of responsibility for the construction or installation of <br />required Public Improvements, provide for the Secondary Developer's delivery of <br />security acceptable to the City pursuant to Section 12.4 below to secure the <br />Secondary Developer's construction and installation of any Public Improvements <br />the Secondary Development obligates the Secondary Developer to construct and <br />identifying approved plans and specifications for the Secondary Developer's <br />construction of private improvements on the Phase. <br /> <br />(-x-x3-Secondary Developer. "Secondary Developer" means any person (including <br />any entity) that submits a development proposal for the Development of a <br />proposed Phase. <br /> <br />(-yy)-Subject Property. "Subject Property" means in the aggregate and jointly and <br />severally all of real property legally described on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />(--z~)-TC-1, TC-2, and TC-3 Assessment Parcels. "TC-1, TC-2 and TC-3 <br />Assessment Parcels" means the parcels of real estate described on attached <br />Exhibit <br /> <br /> <br />
