-176- <br /> <br />Community Development Assistant Wald replied that the City Engineer has reviewed the plan <br />and has not made any negative comments, but she could discuss the issue further with him. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen questioned the proposed density. <br /> <br />Community Development Assistant Wald replied that there would be 84 units, which would <br />calculate at six units per acre net. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if all streets will be private. <br /> <br />Community Development Assistant Wald replied that the main street through the development <br />would be a City street, and then the connector streets to the units will be private. <br /> <br />Councilmember Henddksen questioned if the City has received negative comments about that <br />type of set up in the past. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that the Council has discussed the issues of private streets, but has not <br />come to a firm decision. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired as to what the current ordinance states. <br /> <br />City.
