The closest townhome <br />unit is about 50 feet from the rear lot line of an existing single-family lot. The units are also <br />setback at least 35 feet from the proposed Iodine St. right-of-way. The townhome units meet the <br />setback requirements from the exterior boundary line with the exception of Lot 26, Block 6, <br />which does not meet the 40-foot rear yard setback requirement.
