The March <br />2001 Draft Comprehensive Plan shows the subject property ~¢~ing designated for medium density <br />residential development. A Comprehensive Plan Amendment will be required since the March <br />2001 Draft Comprehensive Plan has not been adopted. The City Council will be reviewing the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment request by Orrin Thompson concurrent with the rezoning <br />request.
