Tree Preservation and Planting Plan: A la'ee planting plan shall be submitted to the City <br /> indicating number and type of trees to be planted on each lot. <br /> <br />Trail Development Fees: The City has established a trail development fee of $325 per dwelling <br />unit that is collected prior to the release of the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has established a s,tormwater management fee of <br />($366) per dwelling unit that is also collected prior to the release of the final plat for recording. <br />The quarterly storm drainage utility fee for each property will be $6.30. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Mailbox Policy: The Public Works Department is implementing a policy of common mailbox <br />stands at the entrance to all cul-de-sacs. The development agreement will establish that the <br />location and design of the mailbox stand will be subject to the approval of the Public Works <br />Director. <br /> <br />The City Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23 2001 to consider your request for <br />preliminary plat approval. It is important that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting <br />to answer any questions that may arise.
