-160- <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />City Code requires a cell tower to accommodate two additional users. City Code also <br />requires a monopote design unless the City Council determines that an alternative design is <br />preferred in cases where structural or design considerations, neighborhood compatibility, <br />locational availability, or the number of potential co-locations warrants this consideration. <br /> <br />19. That the Applicant's submittal clearly states that the monopole structure will be designed to <br /> accommodate four users. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially impair the use or market value of surrounding <br />properties. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />22.
