The payment of this fee will be required prior to recording <br />the plat. <br /> <br />Park Trail Development Fee: The City has also enacted a trail development fee at a rate of <br />$325.00 per lot. Payment of this fee is also required prior to recording the plat. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: In accordance with the recommendations of the Park Commission, park <br />dedication shall be satisfied with a cash contribution in the amount of $1,300.00 Per lot. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2001, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center to consider your request for fmaI plat approval of Orchard Hill <br />Townhomes. A copy of the case cover sheet and proposed development agreement is enclosed <br />for your information.
