-224- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST/SECRETARY LANA HOWELL WHEREAS, Lana Howell was hired as a full-time Receptionist/Secretary for the City of Ramsey and began work on October 2, 2000, subject to a six-month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Lana Howell successfully completed her probationary period and her performance was documented by the Assistant City Administrator; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its April 10, 2001, meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Receptionist/Secretary Lana Howell, effective .April 2, 2001. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Receptionist/Secretary Lana Howell effective April 2, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the l0th day of April 2001.
